RULES & POLICIES

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

  • No loud music, parties, outdoor gatherings, or disturbances.

  • Generators are not permitted.

  • Please always be respectful of neighbouring sites.

  • Keep your site clean, orderly, and free of clutter or debris.
  • Do not store excess items outside your RV.
  • Place all trash in the dumpsters - no trash left outdoors.
  • No disposal of hazardous materials in any park receptacle
  • No clotheslines are allowed.
  • Do not enter or cut through other guests’ sites - respect neighbor privacy.
  • Use only approved fire pits and grills.
  • Fires must be attended at all times and fully extinguished before leaving.
  • Follow all posted local fire restrictions.
  • Personal fire equipment must comply with safety guidelines. Guests may use personal fire pits, grills, and similar equipment only if operated safely and in full compliance with local fire regulations. Equipment must be properly maintained, and fires must be attended to and fully extinguished.
  • Facilities are for registered guests only.
  • Please leave them clean and locked after use.
  • Do not wash dishes or pet items in restroom sinks.
  • Report any maintenance issues to management.
  • All guests must register upon arrival.
  • Check-in is at 1:00 PM (flexible with communication).
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM; later departures require approval.
  • Maximum of 4 Adults per RV site. Additional occupants will be charged a fee of $10/night.
  • Guests are responsible for the conduct of all individuals at their site.
  • Reservations under 29 days must be paid in full at booking.
  • Reservations 29+ days require one month paid before arrival.
  • Long-term leases (29 days+) are due on the 1st of each month.
  • For reservations longer than 29 days, security deposits are required.
  • Antelope Valley RV Park accepts major credit cards, cashier’s checks, or money orders only - no cash accepted. Guests are responsible for all credit card fees.
  • No refunds for early departure or removal due to rule violations.
  • Reservations are non-transferable.
  • Non-payment will result in cancellation unless prior arrangements are communicated.
  • Bookings made more than 1 month in advance are not guaranteed.
  • Mail must be picked up regularly; mail service is only provided to guests formally signed up for it.
  • Mail services are only available to guests staying 29 days or more and is available for a fee of 15$/month.
  • Alcohol is allowed at your campsite.
  • Must be consumed responsibly.
  • Guests use the park at their own risk
  • The park is not responsible for injury, accidents, theft, loss, or damage to property.
  • Management reserves the right to remove any guest or visitor who violates park rules or city ordinances.
  • Refunds will not be issued for eviction due to rule violations.
  • Rules and fees are subject to change at any time.
  • Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.
  • Park only in designated spaces - no parking on grass, roads, or in front of dumpsters.
  • All vehicles must be registered, insured, and operational.
  • RVs older than 15 years require prior management approval.
  • No mechanical work or oil changes without management approval.
  • ATVs & recreational vehicles may be used only for entering/exiting the park - no joyriding.
  • One RV per site and a maximum of two personal vehicles. Additional vehicles must pay a fee of $10/night or $100/month.
  • Maximum 2 dogs per site; additional pets require management approval and an additional fee of 5$/night or 50$/month.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times unless inside a designated dog park.
  • No aggressive pets or excessive barking; violations will result in removal.
  • Owners must pick up pet waste immediately.
  • No tethering pets outside unattended.
  • Pets must be handled by individuals 16 years or older.
  • Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA definitions.
  • Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage.
  • Pets are not allowed in park buildings.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings and common-use facilities.
  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly and safely.
  • Use proper sewer hoses and watertight connections.
  • Do not tamper with electrical panels, water fixtures, or valves.
  • Conserve water.
  • Report leaks immediately to management.
  • Delta experiences freezing temperatures, and it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure their RV is adequately protected. All RVs must have proper skirting, fully insulated water hoses, and freeze-safe connections. Any damage to RVs, park utilities, or water systems resulting from failure to winterize will be the responsibility of the guest.
  • Visitors are welcome but must depart by 10:00 PM.
  • Visitors must follow all park rules; guests are responsible for their behavior.
  • RVs must be removed by the end of the reservation period.
  • Storage fees of $35 per day will apply if a unit remains on-site after checkout.
  • Guests are responsible for all removal costs if the park must move or store an RV.
  • No violence, harassment, intimidation, or illegal drugs.
  • Disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior is prohibited
  • Firearms, fireworks, or explosives are not permitted in the resort.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
